Hollard Broker Portal
Use our Hollard Broker Portal to lodge online claims for Hollard Personal Home, Motor and Landlords and Hollard Commercial Business Package and Commercial Motor products.
Please note: as of 1 February 2024, our single lodgement claim form is not longer available. All online claims will need to be submitted via our Hollard Broker Portal. For access to our broker portal, please email bemclaims@hollard.com.au

New Claims
Claim number within 48 hours*
We will waive any excess if we don’t lodge your client’s claim and provide a claim number via phone or e-mail within 48 hours (2 business days). Lodging a claim online via our Hollard Broker Portal will give you a claim number immediately upon submission of the claim.
*PLEASE NOTE: The above claims guarantee does not apply to liability or third party claims, or if timeframes increase during significant weather or catastrophic events.
