The process of working with us is simple:
- If you’re an existing Hollard Commercial Insurance broker, you will be able to access these products on the SCTP. If you have an integrated broking system, you will receive instructions from Steadfast detailing how to complete the set up for these products. If you use a non-integrated broking system please contact your vendor to complete the set up.
- If this is the first time dealing with us, complete our application form and email your form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Hollard's Terms of Trade apply to all brokers transacting Hollard Personal Insurance products via SCTP.
When you choose to work with us you will be supported by an Account Manager, contactable on 1300 020 287. They will not only provide you with everything you need to get started, but also be there to help with anything in the future.

Hollard Broker Portal
Use our Hollard Broker Portal to loge online claims for Hollard Personal Home, Motor and Landlords and Hollard Commercial Business Package and Commercial Motor products.
Please note: as of 1 February 2024, our single lodgement claim form is no longer available. All online claims will need to be submitted via our Hollard Broker Portal. For access to our broker portal, please email email@example.com
